Standard shipping usually takes 5-10 business days. For larger furniture pieces, our white-glove delivery service will contact you to schedule a specific arrival window within 2 weeks of your order.
What is your return policy for home decor?
We offer a 30-day return window for most items in their original packaging. Please note that custom-made furniture and final sale items are not eligible for return.
Do you offer fabric swatches before I commit to a purchase?
Yes! We want you to be confident in your choice. You can order up to five fabric or material swatches for free via our 'Swatch Request' page to see how they look in your home's lighting.
Are your products covered by a warranty?
All SPIKE furniture comes with a limited 1-year warranty covering manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship to ensure your home stays beautiful and functional.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to our logistics portal. You can also track your status directly through your SPIKE account dashboard.
What payment methods do you accept?
